This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant permission to celebrate 99th Anniversary celebration of Tamil Nadu Nadaga Nadigar Sangam to be held on 25.12.2022 at No.A-1, New No.29, Sunnambukkara Street, Madurai - 625 001, based on representation dated 05.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that 99th Anniversary celebration of Tamil Nadu Nadaga Nadigar Sangam, scheduled to be held on 25.12.2022, was already over. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4
