ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 25(1A) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No.14 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that the petitioner and other accused standing near the closed TASMAC Shop and asked the liquor bottles by showing the Aruval and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case and thereby, seeks anticipatory bail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Side) would submit that the petitioner has threatened the defacto complainant by showing Aruval and he is having four previous cases and the investigation of the case is pending and hence, he strongly opposes to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is having four previous cases and that the investigation of the case is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
