Prayer in WP(MD)No.19663 of 2022:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to restore and reconnect petitioner's all electricity connection 1) 05-172-005-808, 2) 05-172-005 926,3) 05-172-005-930, 4) 05-172-005-1603 and already exists in petitioner's name 5) 05-172-008-1749 Vijayaramalingam likewise to R5 clear all the illegal occupants in around the surroundings of building as per the representation given to 5th respondent on 30.06.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court dated 17/10/2023 made in W.P.(MD) No.19663 of 2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Sundararajan Vijayaramalingam (Party in Person) for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Govindarajan, Deputy Solicitor General of India on behalf of the 1st Respondent, this court made the following Order; "Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, the restoration petition is ordered and the writ petition is restored to file.
