This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.14 of 2013 dated 07.06.2013, on the file of the learned IV Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, confirming the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1604 of 2013, dated 02.03.2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram by allowing the above criminal original petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in C.C.No.243 of 2014 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, the case

was ended in acquittal on 22.12.2017. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
