ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a retired Assistant Treasury Officer seeking to revise his grade pay as per G.O.Ms.No.318, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.07.2013.

2. The petitioner has given a representation to the 1st respondent herein and the 1st respondent has forwarded the said representation to the 2nd respondent on 11.10.2023. As on today, the representation is pending for disposal before the 2nd respondent herein.

3. Considering the above said facts, the 2nd respondent herein is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law based upon the communication of the 1st respondent, dated 11.10.2023 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
