ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The second respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned enquiry proceedings on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall issue notice to all the interested parties before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
