Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to take appropriate steps to give suitable petition to the Revenue Department to amend the Revenue Records pertaining with the Nandhavanam Land belongs to Arulmigu Sree Santhanakaruppa Samy temple is situated in Survey No.111 at Lekkhanayakkanpatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District by way of considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2025.

ORDER
The petition mentioned land has been shown as Nandhavanam in the revenue record. It is said to belong to Arulmighu Sree Santhanakaruppa Samy Kovil. The prayer made by the writ petitioner is that the land should be shown as belonging to the temple in revenue record. This request appears to be reasonable. 2/6
2.I direct the impleaded fifth respondent / jurisdictional Tahsildar to look into the writ petitioner's representation and if satisfied, make suitable change in the revenue record. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
