O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioners to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.4 of 2023 dated 01.02.2023 on the file of the first respondent police, for the offences under Sections 406, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of IPC and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsels on both sides represented that the matter has been amicably settled Page No. 2 of 5

between the parties and to that effect, they have entered into a compromise and the same was filed before this Court.

3. Already compromise memo was filed and the petitioners 1 to 4, 9 and 10 and the second respondent were present before this Court on 21.04.2025 and they stated that they entered into compromise. Due to non-appearance of the petitioners 5 to 8, the matter is posted today. Today, the petitioners 5 to 8 are present and represented that they have no objection to quash the FIR. A compromise memo, dated 06.09.2024 signed by the parties and their respective counsel, is also filed before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent would submit that A1, who impersonated, has not been identified so far by the police and the case is under investigation. Hence, he strongly opposed to allow this petition.

5. This Court has perused the terms of the compromise memo.

6. Considering the nature of the offences and the matter has been Page No. 3 of 5

amicable settled between the parties and they have also entered into a compromise and the police also unable to identify the A1, it is appropriate to allow this petition.

7. Recording the said compromise memo, this petition is allowed and the First Information Report in Crime No.4 of 2023 dated 01.02.2023 on the file of the first respondent police, is quashed as against these petitioner.
