PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents Police not to interfere into the civil dispute, on the basis of the petitioners' representation, dated 06.11.2023.

For R4 : Mr.R.Balamuruganantham O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed, seeking direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents Police not to interfere into the civil dispute, on the basis of the petitioners' representation, dated 06.11.2023.

On the basis of the issue between the parties, over partitioning the property, complaint and counter complaint have been given by the both sides, for which, C.S.R.No.349 of 2023 and 334 of 2023 have been registered and the same were closed by the respondent Police, advising the parties to settle the issue through appropriate civil process. A suit was filed by the fourth respondent herein in O.S.No.32 of 2015 was dismissed on 17.02.2023 by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai. Later, challenging the above said dismissal order, neither a restoration petition nor an appeal is filed by the fourth respondent herein.

3. Since already the suit was dismissed by the concerned Court, if any trouble is created by the fourth respondent, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process only. There is no question of repeated complaints and counter complaints.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
