ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner is given liberty to present the settlement deed in question before the registering authority. The registering authority will deal with it as per law. In the event registration is refused, a refusal check slip shall be issued, containing the reasons for such refusal. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court challenging the refusal check slip, if issued. At this stage, the contentions now advanced will be considered, after issuing notice to the third respondent. 3.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
