This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P (MD).No. 10245 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20035 of 2022, dated 18.07.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court twice a month i.e. on 1st and 15th day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. sd/- 20/11/2023 / TRUE COPY / /11 /2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
