ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action as against the respondents 3 and 4 based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2025 as well as 11.09.2025 in accordance with law.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's first complaint in CSR.No.296 of 2025 was enquired into and was closed on 06.09.2025 and on the very same set of facts, the petitioner has lodged another complaint on 11.09.2025.

3. This Court is of the view that since the official respondents have closed the earlier complaint of the petitioner, no further direction can be issued. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the official respondents, it is open to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
