This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19377 of 2023, dated 26.10.2023 directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.
