This Civil Revision Petition is filed for an early disposal of O.S.No.222 of 2019, pending on the file of Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner along with four others filed a suit in O.S.No.222 of 2019, before the Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil, for declaration. The petitioner/plaintiff and the respondents 4,6,7 & 8 are the legal heirs of one Kanthasamy, under Hindu Succession Act. Though the 2/5

contesting respondents have filed written statements in the Month of April 2022, issues have not been framed so far and trial was also not commenced. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.222 of 2019.

3.This Court considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed on record.

4.It is seen from the records that the suit is adjourned from 13.07.2022 to 06.01.2023 for framing of issues. 5.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil to dispose of O.S.No.222 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
