ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 07.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the civil suit filed by the petitioner's grandfather was decreed and that there is no appeal. He would further submit that another suit filed by the fourth respondent against the petitioner is pending. He would also submit that the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2022 is also pending for enquiry.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2022 and pass orders in 2/4

accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
