O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to provide police protection to conduct the General Body Meeting of our Association, namely Nangu Nadu Adideiravidar Aikkiya Sangam (Reg.No.S4/1981) at Eluzhur Patthu Pangaligal Madam, Vaiyapuri, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukottai District on 24.12.2022.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent has received the representation of the writ petitioner and the same is pending for consideration.

4. Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders immediately.
