2. Inspite of notice having been served on the respondents and their names are printed, they have not chosen to present before this Court or represented through any counsel and has not chosen to represent the Court. They have called absent and hence set ex parte.

Considering the fact that the suit had been earlier decreed ex parte and in an application filed by the defendants, the ex parte decree had been set aside and thereafter had been taken on file and kept pending, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.275 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible, however not later than six months.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
