ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed directing the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Dindigul to expedite the hearing in O.S.No.474 of 2021 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition notice to the respondent is hereby dispensed with. Considering the fact that the issues framed as early as on 01.02.2023 and the trial had begun on 14.06.2023 and further, interlocutory applications have been filed in the year 2024 & 2025 and the said applications are yet to be disposed of, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Dindigul to dispose of the I.A.Nos.1, 2 & 3 of 2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter proceed with the suit in OS.No.474 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
