ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 03.01.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram (FAC) in D.NO.627, dated 19.05.2023, seeking further extension of three months time for disposal of the case in C.C.No.269/2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Ramanathapuram, this Court made the following order:-

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time', to dispose of the case in CC No.269 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram.

2.By order, dated 03/01/2023, this court directed the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram, in CC No.269 of 2019, pending on its file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Magistrate seeks further time to dispose of the above said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted. The Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram, is directed to comply with the directions of this court without any further delay.
