This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No.196 of 2013, dated 12.03.2013, on the file of the respondent police station and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The petitioner herein is the fourth accused in Crime No.196 of 2013, dated 12.03.2013, on the file of the first respondent police. He filed this application under the Provisions of 482 Cr.P.C., in which, he seeking the relief to quash the First Information Report as illegal.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that on 28.07.2017 itself, after completing investigation, the Sub Inspector of Police, Eraniel Police Station, Kanyakumari District laid a charge sheet as further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action dropped in Sl.No.221 of 2017. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. 4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded.
