ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Nagercoil within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the petitioner has originally filed H.M.O.P.No.191 of 2021 for divorce and the respondent entered her appearance. Subsequently, on a petition filed by the respondent in Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.337 of 2021 before this Court, the case was ordered to transfer from Tirunelveli to Nagercoil, Family Court and renumbered as O.P.No.6 of 2022. Since the petitioner is working in Mumbai, it is very difficult for the petitioner to appear before the Family Court, Nagercoil. The learned Trial Court failed to note that the petitioner has been put into hardship due to the delay in disposing of the above said H.M.O.P. In the interest of justice, it is just and necessary to direct the Family Court, Nagercoil to dispose of the case within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. 2/5

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Family Court, Nagercoil, to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Family Court, Nagercoil to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2022 pending on his file, within a period of six
