O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner for installing petrol pump in his lands comprised in NH83 Survey No.Y2/2A, 6/5A Old S.F.No.235/1N, 235/2K Sathanur Village, Srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District by considering his representation dated 05.09.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner submitted representation to the 2nd respondent for issuance of no objection certificate for installing petrol pump in his lands. However, since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 2/4
4. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that within a considerable period, the representation would be considered.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation for issuance of no objection certificate and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
