This petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.1109 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the file of the Family Court, Theni.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner remained exparte before the enquiry Court. On 12.01.2024, she was set expare. Now it is posted to 10.04.2024 for exparte evidence.

3.In view of the above said submissions, the matter has become infructuous. In future if the petitioner got any grievance, he can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 01.02.2024 NCC :
