PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2025 within the time fixed by this court. ORDER

After submitting an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer seeking cancellation of the patta issued to the third parties to this writ petition, the present writ petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal thereof. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner had requested for time to provide additional documents in response to an inquiry notice issued in May 2025. He further submits that the appeal would be disposed of on merits within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto. 3.

In view of the above submissions, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto. This exercise shall be completed within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 24.09.
