O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.32 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the trial Court. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
