ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. 2.The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be entertained. The documents were registered way back in the year 2006. Such documents cannot be cancelled at the instance of the writ petitioner based on subsequent legal developments. The petitioner has to necessarily approach the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief. Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed.
