O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for final disposal, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the new building had already been constructed and that it has been functioning. Therefore, the prayer made in the writ petition may not survive. However, there is substance in the contention of the petitioner's counsel. The prior access facilities must be provided.

2. I direct the respondents to ensure that there are proper access facilities to reach the Panchayat building. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
