2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.51 of 2011. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
