2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and stated that they will workout their remedy through appropriate civil process in the Family Court for getting mutual divorce. With the above said undertaking, it was closed.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.
