O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2022 and consequently to remove the petitioner's name in the History Sheet in H.S.No.265 of 2021 opened by the third respondent.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the petitioner's earlier petition in W.P(MD)No.3490 of 2022, dated 24.02.2022, this Court directed the second respondent therein to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks therefrom and that subsequently, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, has passed an order, dated 20.03.2022, rejecting the representation of the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner has filed three petitions for quashing the cases pending 2/4

against him and this Court has already quashed the cases pending against the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2022 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in January 2023.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of January 2023.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
