ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 18 of 2021, dated 11.03.2021, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it would be suffice if the Investigation Officer is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2021 and file final report, before the concerned Court, within a time stipulated by this Court.

3.Recording the said submission and also considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2021 and file final report before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
