2. This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass an appropriate order for release of funds on the Special Incentive scheme.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that he needs to get instructions. On the other hand, the learned Standing counsel for the Sports Development Authority of India produced a copy of the 2/7
