2. Considering the fact that the election is not in the anvil, the writ petition stands disposed of on the basis of this instruction. However, the petitioner has made a representation dated 11.09.2025, therefore, in the event of the respondent deciding to hold an election, the same shall be considered after giving due notice to the petitioner.
