ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to issue a Work Site Inspection Certificate and a Working Condition of Plants and Machineries Certificate, based on his application dated 11.09.2025, enabling him to submit the tender bid pursuant to Tender Notification No. 18/2025-2026/HDO dated 13.08.2025, Tender Notification No. 19/2025-2026/HDO dated 14.08.2025, and Tender Notification No. 20/2025-2026/HDO dated 18.08.2025 issued by the first respondent.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the second respondent shall visit the site today and, if the petitioner hands over the required documents at the site, the inspection shall be undertaken and the necessary certificates shall be issued.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes to approach the second respondent by the end of the day and submit the documents in person as directed.

4. The said submission is recorded. If the petitioner complies with the above stipulation, the respondents shall conduct the inspection and issue the necessary certificate. Since the order has been passed in open court, there is no necessity for the respondents to insist upon certified copies of today's order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
