By relying on patta No.1921, the extract from the 'A' register and Adangal, the petitioner submitted an application dated 30.08.2025 for a survey of the land in survey No.15/25B. On the ground that such application has not been acted upon till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that action would be taken on the application within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to take action on the petitioner's application and complete the entire exercise within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of this order after putting the petitioner and the owners of adjacent lands on notice. No costs.
