ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 IPC in Crime No.326 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the vehicle bearing Regn.No.TN60 AJ 5226 1/3

parked by the defacto complainant in front of his house was missed on 31.10.2023. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and only on suspicion his name has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that petitioner herein also involved in this case and the property was not yet recovered and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
