By relying on a sale deed dated 25.06.2025 and patta No.1932 in the name of the petitioner, the petitioner applied for a survey of the land on 30.08.2025. Because such application was not acted upon, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that the said application would be acted on within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for a survey and complete the process within twelve (12) 2/4
