O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner for sale Deed No.268/1980 dated 16.08.1980 by considering the petitioner's online Complaint in CHT23224819 dated 01.11.2023 and on the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2023 in a time bound manner.

2.Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 01.11.2023 before the respondent for missing of his Doc.No.268 of 1980 dated 16.02.1980 registered at the office of the Thiruvarambur Sub-Registrar Office, Trichy, but no action was taken as on date and hence, he has also sent a representation to the respondents.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2023 is pending.

5.Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner shall workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
