2. The petitioner is the husband of the detenue. The petitioner got married to Dhivya on 18.05.2024. It appears that there was some quarrel between the couple and the girl has returned to her parent's house.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor categorically asserts that the petitioner's wife is very much with her parents on her own accord. We also facilitated in interaction with the detenue over whatsapp video call. The detenue informed us that on account of quarrel with her husband, she left the matrimonial home on her own accord and she is with her parents on her own volition.

4. We are satisfied that this is not a case of illegal detention. The petitioner will have to work out his rights in the manner known to law. The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
