Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the exclusion of his name in the voters list for the petition mentioned sangam.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the election is not proposed to be held day after tomorrow. It has been postponed. It has also been agreed to include the writ petitioner's name in the voters list.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
