Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The issue concerns the proposed election for the petition mentioned water users association. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has been excluded from the voters list. That led to filing of this writ petition.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the petitioner's name will be included in the voters list. The election has also been postponed. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
