Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners application dated 23.02.2022 within the tie stipulated by this Honble Court without waiting for new comprehensive scheme 2023 being processed and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day for being mentioned caption and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order dated 8/3/24 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Anandkumar , Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This writ petition is listed today under the caption "For being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the writ 2/4

petition, the petitioner has filed an amendment petition along with the original rejection order dated 21.02.2024 passed by the respondent. However, based on the submission that the petitioner's application dated 23.02.2022 was rejected by the respondent, this Court, by order dated 08.03.2024, closed the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order passed by the respondent in the manner known to law, even before the amendment petition was numbered.

3. Since the writ petition was disposed of, the petitioner requires the original rejection order dated 21.02.2024, which has already been filed along with the amendment petition in W.M.P.(MD)No.5470 of 2024.
