ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 26.03.2021 in No. 20210590204095663 for concurrence for buildings of educational institutions and issue concurrence as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, Mr.T.Amjad Khan, appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's online application dated 26.03.2021 is pending before the 1st respondent and the same will be duly considered. 2/4

5. Recording the said submission, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's online application dated 26.03.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
