ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the proceedings in D.V.C.No.10 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Additional Mahila (JM Level), Theni at Theni District within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the petitioner's earlier marriage was dissolved by the Court and thereafter, the respondents approached the petitioner's parents to marry the first respondent. The marriage between the first respondent and the petitioner was solemnized on 29.10.2018. In the meantime, the petitioner filed for divorce and the divorce was granted to the petitioner vide order passed in H.M.O.P.No. 318 of 2020. While being so, the respondents with the deliberate intentions to drag the legal proceeding filed many interlocutory applications. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. 2/5

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Additional Mahila (JM Level), Theni at Theni District, to dispose of the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Mahila (JM Level), Theni at Theni District to dispose of the proceedings in D.V.C.No.10 of 2019 pending on his file, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
