ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Appeal, dated 20.06.2025 submitted as against the punishment of reducing his two years pay for two years with cumulative effect imposed by second respondent besides treating the suspension period from 20.10.2021 to 26.102021 as eligible leave, on merits and in accordance with law within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner filed an appeal as against the order of punishment imposed by the second respondent and that the appeal has been filed as early as on 20.06.2025, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 20.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
