O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3, to conduct a fair enquiry and to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 in accordance with law by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2023 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent herein, a case in Crime No.28 of 2023 was filed on 08.11.2023 against eight persons. Among the eight persons, this petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.7.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has given a counter complaint on 28.10.2023, which was not considered so far.

4. In view of the above submissions, let the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.10.2023 be included along with the investigation in Crime No.28 of 2023. If the petitioner has any grievance or trouble during the course of enquiry, he is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.
