ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.What is under challenge in this writ petition is only notice. The learned counsel for the petitioner would of course contend that it has been issued without jurisdiction. On a prima facie reading of the materials on record, I am not able to able to come to the said conclusion. All the contentions of the writ petitioner are left open. The petitioner can very well participate in the enquiry. If the final order goes against the petitioner, certainly the petitioner can question the same and all the contentions now urged before me can very well be re-urged. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
