For Petitioner : Mr.Ananth C Rajesh For R1 & R2 : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the official respondents to give Police protection for the use of the petitioner's land situated at Thekkaatur Village, which is the subject matter of the injunction decree passed in OS No.46 of 2019, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumayam, dated 19.04.2023 and also based on the petitioner's application to the District Collector, Pudukkottai, dated 14.08.2023.

2. On the strength of the injunction decree passed in O.S.No.46 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumayam, dated 19.04.2023, a representation is made by the petitioner, for the purpose of cutting and removing of standing trees in the disputed property.

3. Since the petitioner is already armed with the injunction decree passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumayam, dated 19.04.2023, if any trouble is made by the private 2/4

repsondent, the petitioner can approach the concerned Court for appropriate relief. Without approaching the concerned Court, sending a representation seeking Police protection and filing this petition may not be proper.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
