When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, after taking instructions, would submit that compensation amount has already been disbursed to the petitioner. He has produced a copy of the proceeding of the third respondent dated 09.11.2024 to that effect. On a perusal of the same, it is seen that compensation amount has already been disbursed to the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives in tis Writ Petition.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
