By this Writ Petition, the petitioner sought a direction for consideration of the applications for issuance of sub-divisional patta in respect of the survey numbers described in the petition.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. On the basis of the written instructions, he states that the petitioner's request was rejected by an order dated 18.09.2025. He has produced a copy of the order and handed over a copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view thereof, this Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed by leaving it open to the petitioner to assail the order in accordance with law. No costs.
